Expert AAC and communication support, anywhere.

For families, schools, and ABA teams outside the Denver area or out of state — and for local children with high-magnitude behavior or older learners who cannot attend our center — we offer remote consultation and coaching focused on communication, AAC implementation, and caregiver or team training.

Why Remote Consultation?

We know that every child’s communication journey looks different — and sometimes the right support means meeting your team where they are.
Our consultation services provide expert coaching and collaboration for families, schools, and ABA teams who want to strengthen AAC use and communication teaching practices

Consultation FAQs

Can you recommend or program a specific AAC system remotely?

Yes. We evaluate current needs and make tailored recommendations, including page sets and organization, but we cannot do a funded AAC eval remotely to help obtain a speech generating device funded by insurance.

Do you provide written plans or training materials?

Absolutely—every consult comes with actionable guidance your team can use right away.

How do you collaborate with existing providers?

We co-plan goals, share data frameworks, and align behavior supports with communication targets.

Do you accept insurance for remote services?

Insurance doesn’t reimburse out-of-state providers or indirect services. In the initial call we can review payment options and provide documentation as need to support other funding options.
