CARLY HAMMELRATH

MS, CCC-SLP
  • Speech Language Pathologist

My passion for speech and language began in Ohio, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University. I continued my education at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earning my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. During this time, I worked with individuals across a variety of communicative needs, including articulation, voice, swallowing, and aural rehabilitation.

It was during graduate school that I discovered my love for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Hands-on coursework and meaningful experiences with AAC systems connected me to the communicators and families who rely on these tools—ultimately igniting my passion for supporting individuals with complex communication needs.

After graduation, I moved to Denver and began my career at Integrated Speech & Behavior. I have had the privilege of working with children of all ages and abilities, collaborating with families to create individualized, strengths-based intervention plans. My approach focuses on empowering families with effective communication strategies to foster meaningful connections in everyday life. I look forward to partnering with your child and family to help them grow, communicate, and thrive!
