Amy Fetter

I’m a dual-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience supporting children with complex communication needs—particularly those who are non-speaking or minimally vocal. As the founder of Integrated Speech & Behavior, I’ve built a highly respected Denver-based practice that specializes in using evidence-based speech therapy and behavioral science to help children find their voices—whether through AAC, vocal speech, or a combination of both.

I’m passionate about creating interdisciplinary systems that actually work—where speech therapists and ABA professionals collaborate meaningfully to deliver transformational outcomes for families. My work spans direct therapy, AAC assessments, school and clinic consultations, public speaking, and professional training. I’ve also led the development of customized training programs for professionals working with AAC users and am now building a first-of-its-kind ABA clinic model designed specifically for kids with the most complex communication profiles.
