Consultation Services

AAC & Autism | School Teams | ABA Programs | Families
“Not every child needs more therapy hours. Sometimes what’s needed is the right plan, implemented well, by the team already around them.”
That’s where consultation comes in.

What This Is

Consultation is designed for situations where direct, insurance-based therapy is not the best fit, not available, or not enough.
We provide targeted, high-level support to help teams and families:

This is not generic guidance.

It is specialized, case-specific support grounded in both communication science and the science of learning.

Who This Is For

Providing specialized, case-specific support grounded in the science of communication and learning.

What We Can Support

How This Works

We meet children where learning works best:

We focus on making sure strategies are understood, usable, and consistently applied across environments.

Why This Approach Is Different

Most consultation in this space leans heavily in one direction; either communication theory without implementation, or behavior strategies without deep AAC knowledge.
Our work sits at the intersection of both.

Investments & Pricing

Consultation services are tailored to the level of support needed, the complexity of the case, and the scope of collaboration.
Most consultations fall into one of the following structures:

What To Expect

Following the initial consultation, you will receive:

  • A recommended plan for support
  • An estimate of hours and timeline
  • Clear expectations for how services will be delivered

This allows you to make an informed decision before moving forward.

Important notes

  • Consultation services are private pay and are not billed through insurance or Medicaid
  • In some cases, alternative funding sources (e.g., grants, school contracts, or community funding) may be available
  • Limited availability is reserved for consultation each month to ensure high-quality, responsive support
