Curious. Fun. Purpose-Driven.
"We hire SLPs who are drawn to complex communicators and learners, and who are curious about integrating ABA principles and other effective, evidence-based tools to innovate their practice in ways that lead to real, everyday outcomes for the children and families they serve."
At Integrated Speech & Behavior, our team is everything. We hire people who are curious, kind, professional, open-hearted, and purpose-driven , individuals who believe deeply in connection and in the limitless potential of every child.
Our clinicians are lifelong learners, fascinated by how children with autism , especially those who are non-speaking or minimally verbal , communicate and learn. Everyone on our team shares a deep curiosity about how to teach AAC and support emerging vocal communication in the most meaningful, efficient, and effective ways possible.
Our team is committed not only to the children we serve but to the broader community. Our goal is to create a learning space that raises the bar for what a teaching environment can be. We show up to learn from our learners, to individualize instruction, and to make data-driven decisions that ensure every minute of teaching counts.
