Investments & Pricing
Initial Consultation
A 60–90 minute session to review history, current supports, and goals, and to determine the most appropriate plan moving forward. This is required before ongoing consultation begins.
Hourly Consultation
For families or teams needing targeted support, problem-solving, or periodic guidance. Often used for:
- Device programming and strategy support
- Parent or staff coaching
- Team meetings or school collaboration
Ongoing Consultation Packages
Many families and teams benefit from a set number of hours across the year (commonly 10–20 hours), allowing for:
- Consistent guidance over time
- Support during key transitions or challenges
- Ongoing adjustment of strategies as skills develop
Training & Professional Development
Custom pricing based on:
- Length and format (virtual or in-person)
- Audience size and needs
- Topic and level of customization

- Consultation services are private pay and are not billed through insurance or Medicaid
- In some cases, alternative funding sources (e.g., grants, school contracts, or community funding) may be available
- Limited availability is reserved for consultation each month to ensure high-quality, responsive support
